Dr. Sharon Lee Sher Ling is the founder of Summer Dental and brings with her over 16 years of distinguished experience in the dental field. She has successfully managed thousands of cases, earning a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient care.
A highly skilled practitioner, Dr. Sharon has completed countless successful braces treatments and is especially passionate about children’s dental care and braces treatment.
Dr. Sharon earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Manipal University. She further advanced her qualifications with the MFDS RCS accreditation from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, and holds an FICCDE (Orthodontics) certification. She also completed a diploma in Implantology at the prestigious University of Naples Federico II in Italy.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Sharon is an active advocate for oral health education, frequently sharing practical dental care tips on her Fb IG XHS. In her personal time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her 2 love children and family.
Dr. Kelvin Liew is a general dental practitioner with special interests in prosthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, and oral surgery. In year 2018, he had obtained the title of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with Dean’s Honor from the National University of Malaysia (UKM).
Dr. Kelvin believes that the best patient care is provided through effective communication, high quality and ethical dental services. His approach is often described as gentle, sincere and patient-focused. He offers opportunity for patients to actively involve in their treatment decision process, educating them as to how they can maintain healthy smile for life.
Aside from his dental skill sets, he is also passionately involved in charity work. Dr Kelvin was born and raised in the Land of Hornbill, Sarawak. One of his greatest experience is none other than the humanitarian mission trip to suburb of Lawas, Sarawak where he provides dental treatments to the local community of Penans. As such, he is a dedicated dentist who is experienced in working with patients of all ages and is devoted to provide the highest level of patient care possible.
Alternatively when he is off-duty, Dr. Kelvin appears to be a multipotentialite coffee lover who enjoys spending his time doing arts, traveling and scuba diving.
Dr Joanna is a passionate and dedicated dental surgeon who believes that every smile tells a story. A graduate of MAHSA University, she is currently enhancing her expertise by pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry at IMU, keeping herself at the forefront of modern dental advancements.
With a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Joanna focuses on treatments that help patients rediscover their confidence — ranging from smile makeovers, veneers, and crowns&bridges, served for the government in Gerik and Hospital Taiping, Perak.
She’s a passionate dentist with interests in minor oral surgery, suction denture, aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics.
Dr Joanna is always eager to listen and address patients’ concerns and deliver high quality dentistry. Making the experience of dental visits more patient- friendly and comfortable and thus improving the smiles of the community.
Dr. Chong is a dedicated and caring general dental practitioner with special interests in orthodontics and dental sleep medicine.
Graduating with first-class honours from SEGi University, she takes pride in crafting every treatment plan with the patient’s best interests at heart, all while creating a comfortable and supportive environment.
Focusing primarily on dental issues, Dr. Chong provides a wide range of treatments to ensure optimal oral health. Additionally, she collaborates with cross-disciplinary specialists to address snoring and obstructive sleep apnea to improve oral health, sleep quality and overall well-being.
Dr Tion is a general dentist who graduated with first-class honours of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from AIMST University, where she also received the Academic Excellence Award. After two years of serving in Ministry of Health, she transitioned to private practice, continuing to focus on providing personalized and comprehensive dental care.
Dr Tion has special interest in orthodontic, restorative and preventive dentistry, ensuring patients leaves with a confident, healthy smile. She believes in lifelong learning in dentistry and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for her patient. She is also passionate about educating her patients and empowering them to take control of their dental wellness.
Dr. Tan Peiyin is a graduate of Melaka Manipal Medical College. Backed by 9 years of working experience , she has served the government sector in Sabah and was involved in several community and outreach program for almost 3 years. At that period of time, Dr. Tan was admitted as a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, MFDS RCS (Edin).
In 2022, Dr. Tan has also successfully completed her two-year Progressive Orthodontic Seminar training and obtained the certification accredited by ICCDE.
Dr. Tan’s believes in gentle dentistry where every patient deserves to have a comfortable and pain free dental experience. On top of that, she has a special interest in children’s dentistry. Every child should get excited about seeing a dentist. Apart from just ensuring a set of healthy teeth, it’s important for them to gain confidence and knowledge about the importance of dental health which will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
